Yoga:
Comfortable loose-fitting clothing.
Yoga shorts and tank tops.
Pranamar provides yoga mats, so bringing a personal yoga mat is optional

Surfing:
Several swimsuits. Both bikinis and one-pieces are fine. Tight is better than loose, especially on the bottoms.
Long boardshorts.
Long sleeve rash guard.

Footwear:
You can go the whole week in flip flops.
Shoes that will stay on your feet for the zip line
River/reef shoes (optional)
Walking shoes (optional)

Clothing:
Think tropical! Shorts, tank tops, sun dresses, skirts, shirts
Sarong or cover-up
Visor or hat
Light pants (optional)
The warmest layers you’ll need are for your plane flight.

Equipment/Gear:
Sunglasses
Camera
Small Flashlight or headlamp
Alarm clock for early yoga and surf sessions

Toiletries:
Toothbrush, Toothpaste, Shampoo/conditioner (Good quality products are available in town.)
Brush/comb, Feminine hygiene products
Contact lenses, Contact lens solution, extra contact lenses
Prescription eye glasses
Sunscreen (lots!) with high spf
Bug spray
Personal prescriptions filled from home
Did we mention SUNSCREEN?!

Documents:
Passport, Money, credit/debit card
Insurance card and contact information
WQ Contact Information, Transportation/Shuttle Info

Misc:
Water bottle
Snacks, protein bars, nuts, dried fruit, or other travel-worthy snacks
Journal
Small daypack or bag
A Sarong or light beach towel.

Other:
There is no need for electrical converters/plugs.
