What should I bring?
1 pairs of trail running shoes with good 4 wheel drive bottoms or tred on the bottom of the shoe…. OR/ light hiking boots. You may want to bring  flip flops

Blister Medic from REI
Warm socks or slippers for hanging out
Sunglasses, and a hat or visor
Sweatshirt
Shorts for hiking
Bike shorts if you plan on mt biking and bike gloves if you prefer them.
Bathing suit
Comfortable clothes for yoga movement, Capri or long tights
We like the hydration packs that carry 2 to 3 Liters of water, and a place for clothing and snacks.

Sunscreen, bug spray other personal toiletry items
You do not need to bring your bike helmet, unless you prefer your own

The Red Cliffs Lodge atmosphere is very casual and you may even want a fleece jacket for night star gazing. Accommodations are really nice and completely furnished with linens, towels, soap, and essentials. Coin operated laundry is onsite so you can pack light, Hair dryers, shampoos and lotions are in the room.

Soap for rinsing cycling clothes in sink
Tylenol, Advil, Medications, as required.

Documents:
Bring your vaccination card with you. Driver’s license, Money, credit/debit card, traveler’s checks
Insurance card and contact information, Address book/info

Additional (Fees, etc.)
Additional costs for excursions, massages, shuttle to and from the retreat, bike rentals (if you want to ride) and 1 lunch and 1 dinner are on your own to experience the culinary delights of Moab.

Leave at home:  
Extra keys, credit cards, membership cards, etc.
Copies of Passport, License, Debit/Credit Cards, Airline Tickets, Itinerary & contact #’s
No need for electrical converters/plugs
