Portugal Luxury Multi-sport Yoga Adventure Retreat

What should I bring?

1 pairs of trail running shoes with good 4 wheel drive bottoms or tred on the bottom of the shoe…. OR/ light hiking boots. You may want to bring water shoes and flip flops
Windbraker, it can be super windy
Warm Jacket
Warm socks or slippers for hanging out
Sunglasses, and a hat or visor
Sweatshirt
Shorts for hiking or you may prefer longer pants. If you are horse riding you can wear your longer pants for that.                                                                Comfortable clothes for yoga movement, Capri or long tights                                                                                                                                                                                Day Pack* Small crush-down daypack for hiking or camelback type of hydration pack – We like the hydration packs that carry 2 to 3 Liters of water, and a place for clothing and snacks. (you should bring 5 or more protein bars with you)

Sunscreen, bug spray other personal toiletry items

Toiletries:

Bring blister medic or mole skin if you tend to get blisters. You can order at REI                                                                                                                            Toothbrush, toothpaste

Soap for rinsing cycling clothes in sink
Tylenol, Advil, Medications, as required.

Passport!!
Bring your vaccination card with you.  Money, credit/debit card, traveler’s checks
Insurance card and contact information, Address book/info

Additional (Fees, etc.)
Additional costs for excursions, massages, shuttle to and from the retreat.

Leave at home:  
Extra keys, credit cards, membership cards, etc.
Copies of Passport, License, Debit/Credit Cards, Airline Tickets, Itinerary & contact #’s
