Hello and Welcome to Women’s Quest!

The waves and sun are beckoning in magical Matapalo in the Osa Pininsula. You are bound for an adventure that will rejuvenate your Mind, Body and Spirit. This very special retreat includes white sandy beaches, an unspoiled rainforest, the Encanta La Vida Eco Resort will be our home for the week next to the ocean,  and the most amazing bunch of fun-loving fellow women. We will join together to explore and expand ourselves in a pressure-free, non-competitive environment. Each day we will enjoy yoga – stretching and breathing in the beauty of nature. Our surfing will include instruction and fun — playing like sea creatures in the magical waters. You will be supported and guided by our expert surf and yoga staff. Whether you have never surfed or you’re an accomplished surfer, this is the retreat for you. And of course there will be fabulous cuisine to nourish our bodies and inspirational talks to feed our spirit.

What to Expect at the Costa Rica Surf & Yoga Retreat

• Nature Immersion: Immerse yourself in unspoiled rainforest and long white sandy beaches. Encounter amazing wildlife, including four kinds of monkeys—howler, white-faced, squirrel, and spider monkeys—as well as macaws flying all day.
• Hiking & Waterfalls: Explore beautiful hiking trails and waterfalls. (Note: Water levels may be lower in April, but the scenery is still stunning!)

Encanta la Vida is our home for the week, where lush rainforest meets pristine beaches along the coast of the secluded Osa Peninsula. Just a two-minute walk to our beachfront yoga shala on Pan Dulce Bay, and a short jungle walk to several other beaches and surf breaks. National Geographic calls it “one of the most biodiverse places on the planet,” where you will find hundreds of bird species, four types of monkeys, two types of sloths, and 500-yard point breaks. This is where you disconnect to reconnect.
