What should I bring?
1 pairs of trail running shoes with good 4 wheel drive bottoms or good tred on the bottom of the shoe…. OR/ light hiking boots
Warm socks or slippers for hanging out in the lodge
Sunglasses, and a hat or visor
Sweatshirt
Lightweight waterproof rain jacket
Shorts
Bike shorts
Running tights or long pants for hikes
Bike gloves, lightweight gloves
Bathing suit
Comfortable clothes for yoga movement
Fanny pack with water bottle holder(s) with 2 bottles or Camelback (Osprey) hydration system
Sunscreen, bug spray other personal toiletry items
You do not need to bring your bike helmet, unless you prefer your own
Swim buoy (We recommend the one that has the dry bag on the inside https://www.amazon.com/New-Wave-Swim-Buoy-Triathletes/dp/B014Z9BPQE )

The Trout Club atmosphere is very casual and you may even want a fleece jacket to hang out on the dock at night. Accommodations are completely furnished with linens, towels, soap, and essentials. Coin operated laundry is onsite so you can pack light, Hair dryers, shampoos and lotions are not provided.

Soap for rinsing cycling clothes in sink
Tylenol, Advil, Medications, as required.

Additional costs for excursions, massages, shuttle to and from the retreat and bike rentals and 2 lunches

Leave at home:  
Extra keys, credit cards, membership cards, etc.
Copies of Passport, License, Debit/Credit Cards, Airline Tickets, Itinerary & contact #’s
No need for electrical converters/plugs
