We honor the Divine Creative force that flows through each of us!!!
Soul collage; The idea that both our conscious and our sub-conscious lead us to choose images that resonate with us. Combining 3 different images in a collage can bring us to deeper inquiry of a bigger story relating to our unique, individual human experience.
Sharing your Soul Collage Story: We will begin with briefly journaling about our card, answering a few questions and then sharing the story your card is (or cards are) telling you. Any sharing is confidential. We are all honored by remaining as silent, compassionate witnesses for each other’s journey as well as holding compassion for our own journey.

What will the food be like?
“Prepare your taste buds for a culinary adventure on our hiking retreat in the Dolomites! We offer a delicious and diverse selection of food that will energize and delight you throughout the day.
Breakfast is buffet-style, with an abundance of options to choose from including fresh bread, fruit, yogurt, eggs, cold cuts, cheeses, cereals, juice, and more.
Lunch is a highlight of the day, with options that vary from stopping at charming huts along the trail for sandwiches, soups, pastas, and stews, to having a group picnic in picturesque spots such as mountain ridges and grassy meadows. Afternoon tea will include specialty breads and savory snacks.
Our dinners are an exceptional culinary experience that feature a four-course meal with three options for each course. Our Hotels source local specialties, including pasta or polenta dishes, meats (typically veal, pork, fish, or chicken), and mouth-watering desserts like tiramisu.
We aim to accommodate all dietary restrictions, so please let us know if you have any special needs. The food is truly one of the highlights of the retreat, and we can’t wait to hear you say “YUM!”” WQ will provide 1 of the lunches. 5 of the lunches will be at the Rufugios we visit on our hikes but you pay On Your Own.
What are the accommodations?
We’ll be staying at two amazing family-run hotels, both offering authentic alpine charm, comfort, and wellness. These are three- to four-star hotels with cozy double-occupancy rooms and full spa amenities—including hot tubs, saunas, and steam rooms for relaxing after our hikes.
Single Room Option: A limited number of single rooms are available for an additional fee of $1250.
A note on Italian hotel beds: In most Italian hotels, double rooms typically feature two twin mattresses on a shared bed frame. We’ve requested that these beds be split for our group, and you’re welcome to move them farther apart for added personal space. Each mattress is made up individually for your comfort.
Hotel 1: Hotel Marmolada – Corvara, Val Badia
We’ll spend our first four nights at the warm and welcoming Hotel Marmolada, located in the heart of Val Badia. This charming hotel offers luxurious comfort, gourmet meals, and a fabulous spa. The family here treats us like one of their own—and they even host a fun dancing night just for our group!
Hotel 2: Kristallhotel Corona – San Vigilio di Marebbe
Our final two nights will be spent at the magical Kristallhotel Corona – The Magic of Crystals, a unique wellness retreat where crystals are thoughtfully incorporated into the design of every room, the pool, and the spa. It’s a one-of-a-kind healing experience nestled in the beautiful village of San Vigilio.

What weather can I expect?
The temperature in the Dolomites during this time of year is typically around 60 degrees Fahrenheit in the morning, gradually warming up to around 70 degrees during the day. However, it’s important to note that the weather can change quickly in the mountains, so we will be checking the forecast regularly in the days leading up to the retreat.
We advise packing clothes that can be easily layered, as it’s slightly cooler in the early mornings and evenings. For hiking, we recommend wearing comfortable and sturdy hiking or trail running shoes, moisture-wicking socks (I like wool), and breathable and moisture-wicking clothing. It’s also important to bring a waterproof rain jacket, as we may experience afternoon showers.
Don’t forget to pack sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, and a backpack for carrying water, snacks, and any extra layers you may need. And, of course, make sure to bring your yoga clothes and any other clothing and accessories you may need for relaxing and unwinding after a long day of hiking.
What is the average age on this retreat?
We have a wide range of people who attend our retreats, from 15-70 years young. Each retreat will vary. Please contact us if you have questions about the ages on a specific retreat.
What if I come alone?
The majority who attend our retreats come by themselves. Although you may come alone, you will leave the retreat with new, lifelong friends!
