The staff is an inspiring and spirited group of women!!! You will have the chance to play with women who are both phenomenal athletes and articulate teachers. You will receive cutting-edge instruction with heartfelt support and encouragement. The high staff-to-camper ratio allows opportunity for individual guidance, safe supervision of all activities, and personal attention to your feelings and needs. We organize the groups to accommodate all fitness levels and levels of experience. Don’t worry if this is your first time on a mountain bike, if you have not done much hiking, or your first experience with yoga-we LOVE to introduce the JOYS of these activities!

Colleen Cannon

Colleen founded Women’s Quest after a highly successful career as a professional triathlete. In her racing days, she was World Champion in 1984, and National Champion in 1988 and 1990. She also was a multiple U.S. National team member.

Her passions, besides chocolate and being in nature, are liberating and empowering women through movement and balance, and targeting their true “hearts’ desire.” “Colleen continues to EVOLVE adventures for Women’s Quest, delighting in ways to ENCHANT women with the experiences that coax happiness grown from joyful physical experiences.”

Rachel Ariel Andersen 



Rachel is a high-energy, visionary and magnetic leader with extensive experience in directing youth programs, creating community, and developing and manifesting creative projects of all kinds. She envisioned and founded Ananda’s Living with Spirit summer program that has run continuously since 2008 on three separate continents. She was the Assistant Program Director at the educational nonprofit Polestar Gardens on the Big Island of Hawaii. She then worked for five years as an Active Travel guide, touring Italy and the US, and learning the nuances of how to work with people. Today she is a Property Consultant in Umbria, Italy and attends to the needs of hundreds of international clients. She continues to share her love for authentic connection through comedy, theatre, art and most notably music, singing for both small and large groups of people as well as finishing her first CD. Rachel spends her free time adventuring in nature, swimming, sailing, cycling, hiking, climbing, doing yoga, and loves working with passionate, inspired people of all ages and walks of life.
