How do I get there?
Your international flight will most likely make your first stop in Lima, Peru. You will then take a domestic flight to Cusco where a taxi and Women’s Quest staff will meet you and take you to the retreat. You will want to fly into Cusco either the day before on May 9, which is a day early and stay for a night at Encantada Hotel. We will start the retreat on May 10 in the morning with a Welcoming ceremony with our guides and Shamans.
When does the retreat begin?
You will want to arrive in Cusco on a flight on May 9th (day before) , The retreat will start on May 10th in the morning. It will give you time to get checked into the hotel, and walk around Cusco for one day to get used to the altitude.
When does the retreat end?
The retreat ends on May 17th in the afternoon
Plan for your domestic flight to leave Cusco to Lima in the evening after 7 PM. The last flight is at 10:00 PM on LATAM, on May 17th. We will spend the morning of our last day in the Sacred Valley and then all take our shuttle back to the airport in Cusco
You must take a flight from Cusco to Lima. Then Lima to the US.
Your flight back to the US from LIMA will most likely be departing on May 17th super late like 9:00 pm or 11:00 pm OR many time around 1 am on October 20th (check this to be sure). Your flight from Cusco to Lima will get you into Lima around 9:30 PM, and most International flights leave at 11:00 pm on the 19th or 1:00 am on the 20th (double check this because this is a tricky time)

You will fly into Lima Peru, and then take a secondary flight to Cusco where our trip begins
When you arrive into Lima you have a few options:
- STAY AT AIRPORT IN LIMA on May 8th, you can fly into Lima on May 8 and stay at the Wyndam (Casa de Sol) Hotel by the airport (it runs about $250 to $300) a night but it includes a great breakfast. Then take a flight the next morning (May 9th) at around 9:00 from Lima to Cusco. There are many flights that go from Lima to Cusco. I like LATAM air.
- STAY INSIDE THE AIRPORT UNTIL YOUR FLIGHT TO CUSCO Most flights come into Lima from the US around 11:00 pm or midnight. Some people just stay at the airport and take the first flight from Lima to Cusco to save money. This flight is normally around 3:00 am, and it gets into Cusco in the early morning around 5:00 am. We can have the hotel pick up that group that arrives early.
- STAY IN LIMA A FEW DAYS BEFORE Some people stay at an Air B&B or hotel in Lima for the night or several nights. There is a nice bike tour of Lima that you can do that is easy and relaxing.
- STAY IN CUSCO A FEW DAYS BEFORE We can always arrange for you to stay at the Encantada hotel and you can enjoy the MOST BEAUTIFUL CITY IN THE WORLD for a few days and acclimate.
Which hotel are we staying at on May 9th: The Encantada hotel before the retreat starts on May 10th is not covered by Women’s Quest. We can get a discounted rate at Encantada hotel and it comes with breakfast. You should call ASAP and reserve your room, and let them know you are with Women’s Quest.

Payment Policy
To secure your spot on a retreat, a non-refundable deposit is required:
- $500 for domestic retreats
- $1,000 for international retreats
Single room reservations may require an additional $200 deposit. Reservations cannot be held without a deposit.
Full payment is due 90 days prior to the retreat. If payment is not received by this deadline, you may lose your reservation. For bookings made within 90 days of the retreat, payment in full is required at the time of registration.
Payment Options:
- Avoid fees by paying via check or Zelle.
- Payments via PayPal or Stripe incur a 4% processing fee.
Cancellation Policy
91+ days before the retreat: Refund of payments (minus your deposit).
- 90 or fewer days before the retreat: Payments are non-refundable.
Women’s Quest reserves the right to cancel retreats with insufficient participant interest. In such cases, all payments will be refunded; however, Women’s Quest is not responsible for personal expenses, such as airline tickets, due to schedule changes or cancellations.
Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending or completing the retreat.
Travel insurance is particularly important in the event you:
- Need to cancel due to illness or injury (including testing positive for COVID-19).
- Require medical care during the retreat.
- Face trip interruptions, delays, or unexpected quarantine requirements.
We suggest a policy that covers:
- Trip cancellation and interruption
- Medical expenses
- Quarantine costs
For maximum flexibility, consider a “Cancel For Any Reason” (CFAR) policy, which provides additional peace of mind. While this type of coverage is more expensive, it offers the most protection for unforeseen changes.
